Of cores there are many ways and programs to create a You Tube video but, in this year our English teacher teaches us a new program which called PICASSA.
There are some steps to make a picassa video. First of all download the picassa program from the internet. Then open the picassa program and choose the pictures that you want. Next press on the create button to appear the options list. After that press on movie button and the program will begin to make a video with pictures that you chaos. The program will take time to create a video because it depends on the size of pictures and the network. Finally, check for load button and click it to add sound effect to your video to make more enjoyable.
