Both men and women feel stressed and both of them have different reactions when they face it. There are a lot of differences and similarities between the reaction of meal and female to the stress. In this essay I will compare and constant between how both men and women dealing with stress.
They have the same similarities when they feel stressed, first both men and women have stressful days either at work or at home. Secondly they both have the oxytocin hormone which effect at stress.
On the other hand, men and women have many differences when they feel stressed. Men react to stress in the fight or flight response unlike women which they react to stress in tend and befriend. Women can seek social contact when they are in stress unlike the men. When they feel stress they want to be alone to enjoy some peace and quiet which is totally different from women because the like to focus their attention on her children and their needs.
Finally, you can see that the differences are much more than the similarities both men and women get stressed but every one knew how to deal with it to feel well even if the way of dealing with it is different.
